This is a July 26, 2014 image. Earlier in the summer the water level is higher and the water surface is much closer to the deck. Ducks, turtles, geese, various flowers etc. may be seen from this deck. The <a href=\"http:\/\/www.dcnr.state.pa.us\/cs\/groups\/public\/documents\/document\/dcnr_004803.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Mary Ann Furnace Trail<\/a> splits, one side hugging Lake Marburg, the other tracking higher near trees, fields etc. I usually approach the trail from an entrance along Black Rock Road.
