This reservoir is situated partially in Baltimore County, and Carroll County, Maryland. This image was take from the Oakland Road area, which is to the West of the Reservoir.
There are a couple of boat launch areas off of Oakland Mills Road, near Maryland Route 26 (Liberty Road) in Carroll County.
