People can be seen fishing the lake at the bottom of the hill. There are trails in this area that are worthwhile for hiking and biking. A boat launch is off on the right. Boating & Kayaking are popular here! There is a restroom at the boat launch area. More picnic tables and a good bit of parking are available.

Update April 15, 2018 – Variations of Trail 4 are on the near side of this lake (image). Variations of trail 2 are on the far side of the lake. By variations some parts of the trail are low near the water and other parts are higher in elevation.  The restroom at the Lake Williams boat launch has been rebuilt. More picnic tables and awnings over the tables have been added since this post was first published.

One of the nicest places to picnic, relax, or fish is along Lake Williams – The York Reservoir located in the Jacobus area of Pennsylvania.
