is a bit further North and off to the East (via side access driveway) of the trail from the 13 mile marker.

The parking lot is clean, has a portable restroom, and a map board!

Further up the trail at the 15 (2 miles from the 13), is the Howard Tunnel.

On this particular walk, I started at  Glatfelter Station and worked my way South to the 10.8 mile mark.

Along the way, there was a tree down across the trail and tracks at the 11.9 mile mark.
